Thanks for checking out The Counselor Concierge. The idea to create this service stemmed from my own personal desire to hire a fun, experienced sitter in the summer of 2020. 

Due to COVID, many people lost their summer job as a camp counselor, and I thought why not help these counselors and families in need of a fun sitter for the summer. I mean, what better person is there to hang out with your kids other than people who chose a job where they spend the entire summer with kids!

The intention of the service is simply to connect like-minded people who want to create a fun environment for kids. It's up to the family and the  person providing child-care (aka counselor)  to decide what that looks like, whether you simply need a babysitter to hang out or someone to come up with structured activities.
